Shipping and Returns
We will get your order out the door as fast as possible, usually within one business day. Occasionally, we may run into temporary out-of-stock situations and we will notify you if that delay is going to be longer than a couple days. All orders in the US will ship via US Postal Service. Expedited shipments may be requested in the checkout process. Unless otherwise noted, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not able to ship internationally yet, but we will. Please sign up to our newsletter to get notified when we’re able to ship internationally.
We’re sorry you’re not happy with your X-imperium product. Hopefully, you didn’t let this sit around forever as we ask that all returns or exchanges are done within 30 days of the original purpose. We might make exception to that if you have a really, really good excuse AND the product is in PERFECT condition (ok to try it on, not ok to get all sweaty or work on your motorcycle in it). Absolutely no returns after 60 days, even with a great excuse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. Are we clear on this? Good.
If you you were lucky enough to get a SchitStorm.com gift card, sorry but those are not returnable – but why would you want to return that anyway? Go ahead, get yourself something.
To complete your return, email us at info@SchitStorm.com with the product, date of purchase and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization secret code. If someone else bought the product for you, we’ll need their name to look up the purchase date.
If you send us back something in anything other than NEW condition, you won’t get a full refund or we may just send it back to you. Not much we can do with a used, dirty shirt now is there?
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
If you got a deal on your shirt, you can only get the deal price as a credit. If the item being returned is currently marked down, we’ll need your original order number to look up what you paid for it. Some items may be marked ‘FINAL SALE’ at time of purchase. Those may not be returned for any reason.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange items for a different size or if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email email@example.com first.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
